Placing an Order

For Domestic EU orders we accept payment with Visa, MasterCard.

For International orders, please refer to the payment offering at Checkout.

In order for us to accept payment, your billing and credit card addresses must match.

AntiSocialSocialClub is not responsible for shipping issues due to typographical errors. Immediately upon purchase, a preauthorization will be placed on your card for your order amount.

Yes! We are not responsible for any damage, lost or missing items once the package has been received at their facility.

Due to the exclusive nature of the product and high demand, certain items may sell out quickly. If a product is still available on-site, please contact customer service to assist with an order.

Post-Order

Your order tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place your order once your order has been shipped.

If you have created an account, you can log in here and review your Order History and check your order status.

Processing time is the time between when an order is placed and when the order is fulfilled. Items are made to order and may take up to 3 weeks to fulfill.

We are unable to modify products or sizes after an order is placed.

To modify your shipping address or shipping method, we request that you contact Customer Service within 24 hours of placing your order. After this timeframe, we recommend contacting the designated shipping carrier for any updates or inquiries regarding your shipment once tracking is received.

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 HRS after the order is placed. Please contact customer service with your name, email, and order number.
In order to request a cancellation, we respectfully ask that you contact our Customer Service department within 24 hours.

Shipping

All orders ship out of our EUROPE shipping facility.

Yes, we ship to all over europe. Shipping costs and any duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, the place where they were shipped, the destination of the shipment and the value of the purchase. They will appear as a separate item at checkout if they are not already included in the product prices. Some countries require payments for duties and taxes to be paid on delivery and it will be the customer’s responsibility to complete them.

After receiving the order confirmation, orders are delivered within 7-15 working days.

Orders are shipped via DPD express.

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout as it will vary depending on order weight and location.

Exchanges & Returns

All items are made to order and we do not provide options for exchanges or returns.
